Not all metro Detroiters are Irish by blood or heritage, but as the jolly ol’ saying goes: “Everyone’s Irish on St. Patrick’s Day.” From Corktown to Hamtown to Auburn Hills, whether you’re a traditionalist looking for a pint of ale, a novice looking for drunken debauchery or you fall into a category somewhere in between, March 17 is one big party in our city and Metromix was on the town.
