Held on the 8th-floor grand ballroom of the Atheneum Hotel in downtown Detroit, this party defined upscale nightlife and sophistication on Black Wednesday. Brought to you by creators Stephen Hendrix, Chuck Wells, Larnell Collier and Darnell Macon of  “Karma Sutra Fridays” and “Signature Saturdays” and hosted by WJLB’s SunShyne with sounds by DJ’s Dice and Syncere, the Atheneum turned into one big dance floor as ball roomers took to the floor.
