Party pics: Burn Hair Show at the Fillmore

Detroiters were schooled at the Fillmore by some of Detroit’s finest stylists at the Burn Hairshow Sunday. Carlton Mosley, a.k.a. Cool C, put on the nine-year-old show which he compares to a Broadway production. The 67-person show showcased 21 local hair designers with performances by PL, Capp and Hydro. There was also $10,000 in cash and prizes and a guest appearance from Detroit's Mayor Ken Kockrel himself. 

The shows began in 2000, first at Cobo and then last year at the MGM Grand Detroit.
