'Wicked': Now through Jan. 4 at the Detroit Opera House

What: There's no place like home, and there's nothing quite like being a little "Wicked" when the time is right. Touching down at the Detroit Opera House is the magical "untold story of the witches of Oz." The highly-popular musical is back, and it is not to be missed.
Why: Besides a glorious night of song, dance and fun -- there happens to be a very special person I know who once upon a time in a galaxy not so far away absolutely was thrilled about this show. A magical journey no doubt -- hopefully the house won't crash on my head. And, hopefully, I won't be sent to Kansas. Scurry.
