Studio 51 in downtown Detroit did it up last Saturday as Dommy ‘Huge Deal’ Styles of Think Huge, Inc. hosted the Rhythm & Birthdays event, which included day two of the ‘Big Les Birthday Bash’ (also known as one of our very own Metromixers. Day one was all about the Renaissance Bowling Center on Woodward in which friends gathered inside the Kingpin Lounge and partied til no pins -- or alcohol -- was left in the place.

Saturday night at Studio 51, DJ Steady Rock of WJLB was on the decks, while guest appearances were made by R&B sensation Kim Joyce, 24, of Southfield and up and coming Shava Jay, 23, of Flint. Both ladies were out promoting their new albums.

‘Happy Birthdays’ also went out to Vito Viviano, Aaron “Twin” Toland, Andrew Harris and Rahsaan Burnley.
