This black-tie event at the elegant Townsend Hotel is designed for metro Detroit’s upscale set with six premium bars, a specialty martini bar, hors d’oeuvres from 8 to 10:30 p.m. and a midnight buffet with Black Angus sliders, gourmet pizza and chocolates. DJ Whip will bring the beats from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. in between live feeds from the famed ball drop at Times Square in New York.
