The brand-new Fear Factory and the now-notorious Castle of the Dead deliver a thrilling one-two punch. In the castle, Mathias the caretaker took us on an evil journey filled with an assortment of mechanical abnormalities. There is also a crack-the-code game if you’re interested in hanging around and searching for numbers in the hopes of winning a $250 prize.

Depictions of death dominate the Fear Factory. You’ll spot limbs just hanging around in some of the rooms, along with ghouls and other unsavory characters. As you travel through the Fear Factory, your anxiety grows as you start to fear that your time is running out. There’s reportedly a secret door if you can find it. There’s also a vortex tunnel, and the feeling of vertigo it creates is almost worth the cost of admission.

Scare factor: 8/10. Freak out.
