Metromix is looking for a few good guys and girls to join our street team and help us spread the Metromix word by rockin’ the bars, sampling the eats and drinks and shakin’ it at all the hot clubs.
Want to get down with the Metromix crew and be tonight where your friends will be talking about tomorrow? We need guerilla marketing-style ingenuity. If you’re connected to the scene and enjoy spending your nights out on the town, we want your help.
Metromix will get you in where you need to be and provide all the goodies necessary to get the job done right. Some of what you’ll have to do at events to hype Metromix is mingle with the people, pass out fliers, give away free promotional swag and document all the fun (and debauchery!) with a digital camera. Being on the Metromix Street Team allows you to get the inside track on upcoming events and comes with perks such as access to parties, events and concerts and all the Metromix swag you can handle.
And, if you’re good – we mean really good, we may call on your expertise to aid in the planning, coordination, implementation and execution of a wide range of social, nightlife/entertainment-centric events. Think of yourself as an ambassador, and we’ll treat you like one. Need a résumé builder? This is it.
Requirements of Street Team members include, but are not limited to, having a fun, personable and outgoing demeanor, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multitask, nighttime and holiday availability and consistent, reliable cell phone, Internet and camera access. Due to the job duties, all candidates must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Due to the nature of metromix.com content and event venues (primarily bars and clubs), candidates must be 21 years of age or older and live in the Metro Detroit area to apply. Street Team positions are unpaid.
