Trade in the bustling bar scene for the laid-back ritzy vibe of Atlas Global Bistro. “We will be having a jazz trio (the Dan Pliskow Trio) — the same one we’ve had for the past two years,” says general manager Sandy Levine, who has a few extra surprises planned for the night (we’ll never tell). “We’ve done some sort of event for all five New Year’s celebrations since we’ve been open.”
