Friends and fans have been invited to pay their final respects to Levon Helm, drummer for The Band, today at his Woodstock home.
The public memorial is being held at Helm's Woodstock, N.Y, studio/home, where he held his Saturday night Midnight Ramble barn concerts.
After a private funeral Friday, Helm will be buried in Woodstock Cemetery next to Rick Danko, The Band's singer and bassist who died in 1999, reports AP.
