All Access: Level Two Bar
As you meander down Monroe Street, you may notice a new sign among the flash and glow of Greektown’s bars, clubs and restaurants. Level Two Bar & Rooftop, an upscale sports-themed establishment, opened in December above Plaka Café. It took about a year to turn the small area atop Plaka into a 150-person bar. Crews raised the roof and extended the back of the building to create a multilevel patio with an impressive view of the Greektown Casino.
