From Stroh’s to Bell’s, Michigan has always been a premiere location for brewing beers. You don’t have to reminisce about the good ol’ days or drive all the way to Kalamazoo to get a tasty, locally-made cold one though -- there are several quality breweries right here in the Motor City - almost too many to count. Local favorites include Atwater, Motor City Brewing Works and Detroit Beer Company, as well as suburban breweries like The WAB and Kuhnhenn. So if you’d like a taste of what the Detroit metro area has to offer, recruit a designated driver and make your way around town.
