Chrysler may have canceled its plan of free drinks and dinner at the former Detroit firehouse across the street from Cobo Center, but you won't have to cruise very far to find alternative spots to let loose, forget about the economy (and the cars you can't really afford to buy) and down a couple of cocktails.
