Fetish fans were in Halloween heaven as Keith Howarth of Noir Leather held his annual Hellbound party at Club Sin with sounds by DJ Dethlab. Latex lovers got a sinfully seductive fashion show with latex attire from Vex Latex in Chicago and night dwellers shined during a costume contest with Noir gift certificates.
