Master mixologist Bobby "G" Gleason held a free two-hour cock-tology course at One O One Saloon, but as graters began grating and bar spoons began clinking, two hours quickly turned to almost four - as it would on any good night with free drinks, food, friends and the humor of a man like Gleason, who holds the Guinness World Record holder for most cocktails made in an hour. Gleason spoke about the tools of the mixology trade and the basic drinks everyone should have in their home bar.

Each cocktail should be served in the appropriate glass. Just because a drink is served in martini glasses, doesn't make it a martini.
