Positioning itself to be an upscale rock bar for the 25 and up “urban, cosmopolitan set,” according to host Jasmin Medar, D Rock City transforms the Plan B scene into a rocker's paradise. Music and rock videos run from 8-10 p.m. before live bands (local and national) take the stage from 10-11:30 p.m. Mash up DJs keep the party going until close, and drinks are $2 until 10 p.m.
