Jacoby's is like a hidden jewel: Looking at it from the outside, you wouldn't expect it to hold the great collection of eats, brews and sounds that it does. The inside looks like a German neighborhood bar, and it boasts a collection of more than 100 beers from around the world, burgers and German entrees. Food is served downstairs until midnight (that's where the mellow crowd hangs). The crowd upstairs is rowdier.
