Since it opened its doors in 1996, Clutch Cargo's, located in downtown Pontiac, has established itself as one of the top local concert venues -- playing host to artists such as the Foo Fighters, Coheed and Cambria, Talib Kweli, Blink-182, Linkin Park and Muse. Every Saturday night, Clutch is one of the hottest club spots in the area, as the floor is packed with some of the finest metro Detroiters letting loose and getting wild. Clutch's distinguished, unique design features stained-glass windows, as it is housed in a former church constructed in the 1800s. Having been rebuilt and renovated many times since its inception, the multi-level venue features several lounge areas, top-notch lighting and a bar around every corner. --Paul Gully
