Went last weekend and a bridal party was there for a hang out reception with bride and groom. They had no reserved space and were very rude and tried to make our group move. Mind you we were already there hours before they came and made lots of purchases.ETC.... Staff don't inform you that you need a hand stamp to go out to go to the restroom to come back in~so you have to re-pay to re-enter. Staff that night were very rude and condescending, the hostess starting rearranging our seats around without saying why and the lil lady with the flashlight to check your stamp was very rude and said mean things to someone in our party so we left out early.

The set up is weird, the dance floor is small and secluded only reserved seating in that area (which were not even occupied) and if you move from your seat otherwise you lose.

The place could be nice because it is a classy atmosphere but there were patrons that night that were very rude, immature and high schoolish~not to many grown and sexy.

Customer service, there was none, the wait staff didn't wait on you, the hostess was rude and the lil flashlight lady was very rude. Seating was grab it and you go potty you take your seat with you or it's gone. Thumbs up to the bar staff who took our food orders and brought it to us, they had people skills, helpful and friendly and so was the dj.

No one in our group were dressed down, had foul tongues or responded ignorantly to the rude bride and her bridal party, waitresses, hostess, etc. but that didn't mean we were treated any better non the less.

We spent over $150 in food and beverage and were treated worse than going to a corner bar. We held in our composure, patience and dignity because of the riff raft that was there on July 18th, weren't sure how they would act by speaking up, but rest assure we will not be back, that is there was 12 of us in a group so add the $$$$ lost and word of mouth advertising.

Ignite was a flame put out on our list, the staff, all except the bar and DJ, alone was a turn off.

The d.j. was nice the people were beautiful and the drinks were great. I felt like I was in an Usher video. There are two sides to fit your vibe a laid back V.I.P and a funky hip-hop atmosphere.
