Known as the W.A.B. to the long list of locals who frequent this Woodward Ave. stronghold, the gathering is an eclectic mix of professionals and hipsters, all sipping specialty beers brewed in-house. Add in the diverse menu featuring everything from burritos to grinders and you've got a winning combination. The jukebox is jam-packed and the wood floors and cozy booths make for an inviting, laid-back atmosphere. The outdoor cafe setting is perfect for enjoying a long summer night that stretches into the early morning. If you're looking for a great beer and a quick meal, swing by on a weekday but expect to wait on any weekend night cause the word is out about the W.A.B.(which rhymes with stab). --Erin Branstner
