BIG WILL OF COURSE I HAVE. MOTOR CITY I HIT A JP GOT PAID THEN IT HIT AGAIN, BACK TO BACK GAMING HOST SAID MALFUNCTION.BUT!!!! IT TOOK MY 3 MAX CREDITS FOR THE SPEND THEY DID NOT PAY ME. MGM WAS DOING VERY WELL ONE NITE GOT LATE I WAS TIRED WALKED AWAY FROM A GAME AND DID NOT GET MY TICKET WENT BACK A LADY WAS PLAYING MY GAME I TOLD MANAGER MANAGER SAID NOTHING THEY CAN DO EVEN AFTER THE MANAGER ASKED THE GENTLEMAN THAT WAS WITH THE LADY DID SHE WALK UP TO THIS GAME AND IT HAD CREDITS ON IT THE MAN DID NOT REPLY DID NOTHING GREEKTOWN WAS PLAYING GROUP WHELL THEM IN GOOD NITE BETTING MAX WENT INTO A BONUS WITH A 20 X'S PAY EVERYONE AROUND EXCITED MY FISH WAS WINNING TO PAY TIME I ONLY RECEIVED 5XS PAY CALL OFFICIALS SAID MALFUNCTION EVERYONE AROUND BOOED THEM AND TOLD THEM THEY WAS FULL OF YOU KNOW WHAT BECAUSE THEY ALL SAW MY PAY REWARD AND WAS CONGRATULATING ME ON A 20XS PAY AND WINNING FISH SO THEY ALL HAD THEIR CHANCE IN SCREWING ME OUT OF WINNINGS.

I love the new look at Greektown but I don't like now that they have changed your free play date for Tuesdays. They don't give you that much as it is now they want to control when you play that. I love the free gifts which are not really free because you play more than what the gifts are worth, but overall it is my favorite casino besides Firekeepers.

had the most fun and won a lot form Greektown Casino, I hav bee to the others but I have to say I just love Greektown the most as well as my mom and my Aunt we all go together and make a day of it and we all come out of there with a big big smile on our faces even if we don't win just the fact we all was together and had a good time out on the town, so Thank you Greektown. good luck to all that go and even if you don't win just go and have a good day out-n-about. It may sound crazy but all casinos are set up to win. thats the way it go's,if you do happen to win thats great. But it is entertainment at one time I would go to greektown, and win,win,win and just like that it stopped. But I love the hotel, I don't play as much but when I play its at Greektown. I have played at different casinos but for one reason or another, my favor one is Greektown.

I play at a lot of casino's in Michigan and out of state. Greektown is okay but not the best. Because of the following reasons. 1. The free play they have is a set up. When I come down to play my free play and put my player's card in it registers and I lose. 2, They have slot machines set up where the play button is not working. 3. I played the new slot machine called Trazan only two of the six machines have sound. 4. They have slot tech's to repair these machines but do not. 5. It takes slot attendant's a long period of time to come and assist the customer. 6. As a VIP member of Greektown Casino it does not mean Jack. 7. Can anyone tell me if they have been screwed by Greektown?

I like greektown Casino new setup I also enjoy their free play but I never win anything ever

I entirely agree. The new parking makes it impossible for me to come to the casino with my walker. Even the mechanical walkway is off limits to people with a walker and I was told it was against the "law" to use it. I love the people of Greektown, I love the little groundfloor deli, but if I can't get it, or become to exhausted to get it, then I will have to find another casino to go to. People using a walker or even a wheel chair just cannot deal with the parking.

My wife and I agree with the above comment. There were no directions for the handicapped and my wife ended up walking until she was exhausted to get in the casino. She's on a walker and the moving sidewalks were of no use to her. We much prefer the entrance in the front. Finally, after all the walking and elevator, etc. the girl at the entrance said we could have come in the VIP...is this true? If not, we will probably not come again...what a disappointment.

I really do not like the new Greektown set up related to parking. I live close by and was really comfortable with driving up to the front door and leaving out the front door when ready to go. Now a person visiting is forced to go up stairs and through several areas of the casino. I also hate the parking structure because it's too winding and closed in as far as driving through to find a spot. In short, my visits to Greektown will be limited in the future because it is just too much now - getting in and out. Actually it's a hassle; unless you are VIP. I have also heard lots of elderly and handicapped people complaining about the new set up also.
