The Belmont adds a touch of class to the stereotypical rock joint. Beer is big, of course, but the bar serves up frosty favorites from Russia, Belgium, the Czech Republic and (of course) Poland for around $3.75. It also doubles as an art gallery, and has martinis and manicures for the ladies on Mondays.
