Teaming up for their first Halloween party together, Tonic promoter Neiman Williams and Channel 955 DJ Ryan Richards present Naughty Halloween. “We’re going to give away one of the most cash and prizes,” says Williams who is renting out all three levels of Tonic for the naughty night. Prizes include a free limo ride, Pistons tickets, a trip to Hawaii and the winner of the best costume will win $2,000 in cash and prizes. $2 drinks will flow as Richards spins a mix of hip hop, mash ups and top 40.
