Midtown ranks very high on my list of areas around Detroit that has a lot to offer. Bordered to the north by Wayne State University, there is a lot of student housing in the area. It is also home to many artists. Little shops, bars, bakeries, and restaurants can be found in the area. Midtown is a neighborhood community that celebrates the good things of Detroit. It is the spawning ground for emerging artists, new food sensations, and engaging entertainment.

This is one area of town that has so many attractions that it is impossible to list them all. Sometimes there is transition and your favorite location goes out of business, but with the energy of the area --- something will step forward to take it's place.
